This holiday marks the ending of Ramadan, an important fasting month in the religious life of every Muslim.
In this very month the grace of Islam reaches its plenitude, calling for peace, tranquility, mercy and compassion.
In honour of this holiday, Muslims all over the world regardless of their skin colour, race or ethnicity render material and spiritual support to those in need in every possible way.
In Kazakhstan, people of different ethnicities and religions every day show an example of friendship and harmony, creativity and unity.
Advancing these values, we should continue to further promote preservation of cultural and spiritual diversity in our society, strengthening of mutual respect and trust between our citizens.
