By the presidential decree Askhat Tutkhishbayevich Orazbay has been appointed Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Indonesia and relieved of his post as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan.

By the presidential decree Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Malaysia Beibut Bakirovich Atamkulov has been relieved of his post as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan with concurrent accreditation to the Republic of Indonesia.
