Alexander Lukashenko informed Nursultan Nazarbayev of the results of the “Normandy Four” negotiations in Minsk between the leaders of France, Germany, Russia and Ukraine.
The President of Kazakhstan thanked the President of Belarus for providing information and congratulated him on the excellent organisation of meeting and successful completion of negotiations.
The Heads of State expressed their hope that the efforts made by all parties to bring about peaceful process will promote conflict resolution in Ukraine.
The parties agreed to hold a meeting between the Presidents of Kazakhstan, Russia and Belarus in the nearest future in Kazakhstan.
The telephone conversation was initiated by the Belarusian side.
