The Department of State Control and Organizational Territorial Operations is a structural subdivision of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Its main objectives are:

• ensuring realization of the President's powers in respect to the local representative and executive bodies, akims (governors) of regions, cities of republican importance and the capital as well as in the field of regional policy;
• ensuring realization of the President's powers in respect to the Government and central state bodies, the Central Election Commission.
